I like the clean sound and the drive.. it feels arrangement could be better and sometimes the track feels too minimal if that makes sense.. good work :)

this is a really tight and clear track, it really all gels together well!

great when it comes back after the (really nice) breakdown there...

good work - the melodies fit with the sounds and groove, it has a very pleasant vibe. enjoyed lots!

Really like the vibe. Chill but somewhat unsettling.

This is the only part that feels a little out-of-place or underdeveloped. I felt like a slight change in the percussion instrumentation was in order.

This month was a real challenge!

When I looked at Odin, I came up with the idea of a true One (!) Synth Challenge – just a single instance, no excuses.
I dove deep into sound design and quickly realized: this would become a real borderline experience.

While endlessly tweaking, I kept discovering new sonic paths – sometimes inspiring, sometimes frustrating.
Odin could be pretty temperamental when dealing with MIDI, but in the end, I managed to shape something that feels raw, tense, and expressive.

So here it is: Grenzerfahrung (borderline experience) –
a track born from limitation, chaos, and way too many hours. ;)

Spiral Generator synth for all sounds, in Ableton Live with DAW and free FX

Created for the One-Synth-Challenge #101 from www://kvraudio.com
Only sound source used: Spiral VST by Soundemote.
DAW: Ableton Live 9 (32 bit version).
Effects used: Ableton Live's Simple Delay, Reverb (chorus, etc switched off) and Amp. Glaceverb, TAL-Tube.
The drum sounds where created in Spiral on a separate proj file, saved onto wav files which where then used on the proj for CPU efficiency.

The synth has a very digital and raw sound. As much as possible I have tried to preserve that and make it the character of the track. Hope to have achieved that in a musical way.
