Hello. I'm Elizabeth and these are my attempts at singing and playing guitar. All for the love I have of the musicians who have written and played these songs. Eventually I would like to redo these in a better quality. One day I also hope to create more original things. That part doesn't come naturally to me...in fact nothing does. Cryptid is a rock band, formed in late 2014, by several teenagers from Austin, TX. The band has a constantly changing line-up, that gives the band a unique, and constantly evolving sound. The band records jam sessions at a rehearsal studio and release what they like into demos that take the form of albums, EPs, compilations, and more. 

(It's like if a band recorded themselves jamming with an iPhone, but with better equipment) Because these are first take releases this means that there is minimal editing. We plan on taking our releases, tightening up the writing and recording them as HQ studio efforts.
