I think this was the first gig that brought Blaise and I together after a 15-year hiatus since the last funk-rock-jazz group we were in together.  Amazing solo in 2nd half of track by Blaise!

The rhythm section of Yutaka Takahashi (wa wa guitar), Jon Panikkar (drums), and Ian Jesse (upright bass) set up a groove that just won't quit as a trio of soloists rips the Indian scale of this classical Raga arranged for big band by Alan Davis.  First solo by "King" James Rogers on bass trombone sets up an unbearable intensity of bass clef blasts, which is unbelievably raised to an even higher temperature by another bass clef instrument, with Andrew Hadro on baritone sax.  After a brief drum interlude, the final solo is by trumpet Jason Wiseman.  Enjoy!
