This is my submission to the BleedingFingersContest. I am so grateful for this opportunity, and I wish the best of luck to everyone entering. The idea of this remix was to take the ostinato from Destiny's Door and expand this melodic material and mold it into an epic orchestral piece that one may hear in a film. The ending half is a return to the major key of the original piece with scarce instrumentation to represent a triumph but not without loss. Thank you for listening! The twelfth track in the 'No-Budget Nightmares' b-folk series, where I write a song for one of the flicks the NBN crew is reviewing on their podcast!

"Truth or Dare?: A Critical Madness" is a 1986 flick that looks at the broken heart of a broken man...erm...well, it looks at a crazy dude who thinks people are daring him to do things like tear out his tongue or rip off his face. Oh...and he wears a bad ass copper mask too!

Normally I go the 'pretty folk' route. This time, I kind of went as crazy as our pal Mike, the main dude in the movie. Expect the unexpected, my friends!
