DJ DOC RAMADHAN'S BIOGRAPY
When you define the word RAMADAN, your first thought is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar observed by Muslims worldwide.  When you hear the name DJ DOC RAMADHAN you realize you are about to go on another dimension through sound and dance. Born in Harlem, New York and dubbed as the FATHER OF HEMP (Healing, Everyone, Musically with Purpose) HOUSE MUSIC, his love for dance and his passion for Hip Hop culture led him to becoming  a “Party DJ” using the microphone and turntables as tools of surgical precision. After studying the various styles of  DJ Hollywood, DJ Ron-G and Kid Capri he perfected his craft by integrating himself as a dancer to every set which is something totally different and extraordinary for DJ. 

 

After securing a solid foundation in the New York scene he decided to relocate to Atlanta to build his position as a House Music icon by spreading the love  of house music and hip hop to the youth. DJ Doc Ramadhan created the L.O.V Movement (Love Over Violence) in response to the numerous youth that were dying due to gun violence in the Atlanta Metro area. He started producing HEMP House clinics which is where the name DOC came into being  by using his mentoring skills to heal the youth through Hemp House music. DJ Doc Ramadhan explains HEMP House. “I use the core elements and philosophies of Hip Hop, Love ,Peace, Unity and creativity of house music which is the spirit of sound as a medicine to heal”

 

Now powered and under the guidance of new management company High End Music Partners, LLC they formed HOUSEORAMA. HOUSEORAMA is a bi-monthly affair where the youth can come and share their dance expressions via Hemp House music. Through his live DJ sets, DJ Doc Ramadhan has become a reliable and treasured DJ who has ushered in a new crusade. In a time of uncertainty, post COVID 19,  the youth needs musical leadership and DJ Doc Ramadhan has decided to stand by making himself known as one of those saviors.  “Hemp House is a natural way of connecting to youth by combing hip hop music and house music together thus giving them a better way to express themselves positively through dance”

 

Under DJ Doc Ramadhan’s enthusiasm and influence be ready to express and elevated yourself to a higher level.
