The deterioration of my community, country and much of the world, while needing to keep myself together is uncomfortable and exhausting.

I sometimes go physically and emotionally numb and mostly solitary, to protect myself from the difficulties and confusion of being empathically and psychically sensitive amidst polluted energies. Despite resistance we are coming to clarity.

I welcome the depth of the world's transition. I often can't hold back the tears (or the laughter) and it feels so good to release. Feels like I'm dying sometimes, but there is always a resurgence of creative energy and renewal. 

We are on a detour of sorts, but evolution always finds a way.

There's a quote by the late William James (psychologist and philosopher) from a Golden Age of Gaia article about "The Second Death" with regard to the process of spiritual ascension, that I resonate with:

“I feel myself growing out of myself in a certain fashion. My adopted characteristics are becoming too small and cramped to contain my new growth and development, and I will move on most certainly to larger psychological quarters. It is not only the physical body we outlive, but the psychological house we have chosen. Autodidact and musician since childhood; producing electronic music since 2012, originally joined SoundCloud circa 2017. I've lived Straightedge (Vegan & Sober) for many years, which rewarded me with a spiritual (Kundalini) awakening since 2018.

Earned my B.A. degree in Music from Western University (clarinet, 2005) and Fanshawe College Office Administration certificate (2016). I've always loved being a student 💜

During the pandemic, like many folks I was in crisis and lost almost all of my tracks. Very grateful to one of my biggest supporters on SoundCloud, the talented Magi©ian™ (Making music make a difference) for having bought my solo works from 2018-2020 that were on Bandcamp, and for him sending them to me ✨

I want to live in a world that's run by Volunteer/Resource-Based/Gift/Sharing economic and Yogic principles, but these principles not yet consistently practiced in tandem with capitalism, has been detrimental to the physical, mental, financial and spiritual health of myself and many others.

I feel the "cerebral" but unnatural discordant 440Hz standard frequency of music is a cause of anxiety, nervous system damage, chakra imbalances and overthinking. Really, I think 440Hz isn't very cerebral because it's a cause of congestion in the upper chakras and thus hinders spiritual awakening (ascension) and cultural progress.

So my works are an example to advocate for musicians to return to 432Hz, because it's an energetically healing sound frequency. Over time, listeners of 432Hz and other solfeggio natural frequencies will feel a balancing effect within their energy bodies. I started noticing effects within a few years of listening sober and vegan. It may be difficult now to notice with the electrosmog and other environmental toxins that aren't able to be cleaned much.
