Paul White’s debut for R&S Record, Shaker Notes, saw him move away from the free-wheeling hip hop he made his name with, and into deeper and more emotionally compelling territory. The psych rock, jazz and soundtrack obsessions he hinted at on that LP are brought into brilliant focus on this new EP. Paul White’s Seagull Mansion is a loose group of South London musicians, including regular foil and 22a label head Tenderlonious, who created this illuminating pair of covers of songs from Shaker Notes in a Lewisham garden. 
‘Running On A Rainy Day’ is the revelation, a heart-breaking balearic pop gem gorgeously rendered, while ‘Honey Cats’ spaghetti western trip drags you further into their world and beyond. Erica Shapiro is an intuitive vocalist who uses her voice to heal & celebrate life. As a young girl, she held her voice close and only shared it with a select few. As she grew up, she recognized the power in singing and the sense of belonging that it brings us all. Erica has had the honor of being spontaneously invited to sing at several different transformational music festivals such as Lightening in A Bottle, Enchanted Forest, and the Global Eclipse Festival. She is most joyous when she is creating songs on the spot in collaboration with other musicians. Erica hopes that her voice and the message she delivers brings those who listen a sense of peace & gratitude for being alive.
