Ty Dolla $ign, Jeremy Lawrence, aka Treehouz, is a prolific producer, guitarist, bassist, and sample-maker whose samples are the foundation of releases that collectively have amassed over 800 million streams to date. “Chosen” was recently certified Platinum and reached #1 on both Urban and Rhythmic Radio. 

Born and raised in NJ, Jeremy is now based in LA. Early in his career, he honed in on his signature style by diving into sample pack production. Other credits include releases by Trippie Redd, Young Thug, Surfaces, Rod Wave, Jacquees, Tink, and most recently, Yung Bleu and Kehlani’s “Beautiful Lies.”
