original music -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jE8wZr9cvXs  Terakaft ( qui signifie « la caravane » en tamasheq) est un groupe de blues touareg qui fait partie du même mouvement musical que les Tinariwen. Les deux groupes entretiennent des liens étroits, jouant parfois ensemble en concert.
Le leader de Terakaft, Kedhou ag Ossad et le guitariste Diara, ont participé à l'enregistrement du tout premier album de Tinariwen à Abidjan en 1992 et The Radio Tisdas Sessions en 2001. Diara est aussi le petit frère d'Intayaden, l'un des cofondateurs de Tinariwen avec Abraybone et Alhassan. Quant à Sanou, c'est le neveu d'Intayaden et un ami d'enfance d'Eyadou ag Leche.

Terakaft signe le grand retour à la musique de Khedou avec un premier concert en janvier 2007, au Festival au désert, d'autres concerts en France notamment au Festival des musiques métisses à Angoulême en mai et la sortie d'un album intitulé Bismilla, the Bko Sessions, enregistré au studio Bogolan à Bamako en quatre jours. Cet album est produit par le groupe lui-même et par Philippe Brix, le manager des Lo'Jo. Il faut noter également la participation de Foy-Foy.

En avril 2008 sort le deuxième album, Akh Issudar, sur le label Tapsit. L'album est produit par Jean-Paul Romann, ingénieur du son du groupe Lo'Jo. Terakaft est alors devenu un trio, le bassiste Rhissa ne faisant plus partie du groupe. La même année sort la compilation Ishumar, musique touarègue de résistance (label Reaktion), qui comprend 2 titres inédits de Terakaft.

This rendition of the popular Miles Davis/Bill Evans tune ‘Blue in Green’ is an intersection of expression by Adrian and Mohit. Adrian, true to his roots of being an instrumentalist, delivers a beautiful soundscape of emotion on the piano. Mohit, moves away from the electronic-soul space from his first EP to a more traditional approach towards composition, a personal one. He tries to best express himself on his instrument. What you hear on this track is the coming together of two artists staying true to their instruments and delivering music that speaks to them on a personal level.

It is thought that Monk originally composed the song sometime in 1940 or 1941. However, Harry Colomby claims that Monk may have written an early version around 1936 (at the age of 19) with the title "Grand Finale". "'Round Midnight" is the most-recorded jazz standard composed by a jazz musician.

I arranged each song. The first 7 are all the jazz standards you know and love (though hopefully don't sound EXACTLY like the ones you are familiar with). The last one is my dad's original composition that was originally for solo guitar that I had transcribed and arranged for our group.

Il enrichit parfois sa musique du timbre d'autres instruments acoustiques, voire électro. Libres de toute contrainte, ses propositions mélodieuses aux couleurs multiples sont autant d'invitations au voyage.
 Eric Dartel composes inspired by the rich harmonies naturally emerging in fluid movements underneath his fingertips. From time to time, he enriches his work with the voices of other accoustic instruments, possibly even adding an electronic touch here and there. Dartel's music, multi-colored and melodious, free from all constraint, invites the listener on a journey.
