<p>As a precursor to his upcoming &#8220;Intensity&#8221; album on Tronic, Eric Sneo offers us this prerelease with one album track and two remixes of &#8220;Move On&#8221;, another favorite of ours from 2013.<br />
 Eric&#8217;s own remix of &#8220;Move On&#8221; is up first, with the main riff updated to the max, mutating and growing. The rocksteady rhythm section provides a more straightforward approach to its predecessor, leaving the familiar, manic snares to raise the suspense levels. Mendo takes it from there and flips the track completely on its head, leaving just mere fragments pointing to the original, while organic, shuffling drums and quirky percussion lead the way. <br />
 Sealing the deal is &#8220;Metanoia&#8221;, taken straight from the imminent full-length release. A metallic riff dominates most of the track and blends seamlessly with scratchy effects and arpeggios looming from a melodic distance.</p>

DJ 9 Wonders anteriormente Van Wonder, comienza su gusto por la música comienza la música electrónica a los 15 años de edad en 2007, inspirado por djs como Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, Fatboy Slim y artistas de trance como John Ocallagghan, Ferry Corsten, Markus Schulz y otros  
A los 17 años se fue adentrando poco a poco en la escena artística del estado, tocando en los discoteques mas populares de  Colima como Olympus, Glass, Nautilus, hasta llegar a los 24 y tocar en los últimos antros de música electrónica en el estado como Bare, Apple, Nodu, y también fuera del estado como en cadenas de “La Casona”, “La Vaquita”, Señor Frogs. 
Tocando sus primeros años el género Trance, poco a poco se fue adentrando en el Progressive EDM, hasta llegar a sus últimos años del genero y retirarse en el 2016 de los escenarios. Hoy después de 3 años de un largo descanso y de preparación, regresa con un nuevo estilo 
en Soulful Deep, Techno Melodic y Techno Trance, con sonidos mas under a comparación de sus inicios, pero sin perder el toque armónico y a la vez obscuro.

Now an internationally successful DJ, Eric Sneo started learning to play musical instruments from a young age, after his grandfather introduced him to an accordion at only the age of 4, he went on to experiment with drums after buying a drum kit in his teenage years and started to attend local jazz shows, where he really learned how to improvise. In 1991 he saw Sven Vath playing in Frankfurt, and it was here when he fell in love with what he was listening to, and wanted to know more.

With his unique performances on the E-drums during his DJ sets, Eric swiftly developed into a distinctive and highly sought after international performer with his unforgettable sets. After he presented his unique “Art of Life” show at the Nature One Festival (2009) for the first time, he gained rave reviews throughout an exclusive festival tour of the show in the summer 2010 and 2011. Eric can combine his trademark groovy technoid DJ style with his live performance of a range of acoustic and electronic instruments, including E-Drums, E-accordion, percussion & didgeridoo.

In 2011 he launched his new Mudra Audio label, where he released his critically acclaimed album “Polarity” in March 2012. Supported by international artists like Laurent Garnier, Len Faki, Dubfire, Luciano, Gabriel Ananda and Cari Lekebusch, the album was highly successful, so much so much so, that Umek signed the album track “Shut Up & Dance” as a single for his 1605 label, which was released in August 2012.

With his successful “Move On” EP in 2013, he became a member of Christian Smith’s respected, forward-thinking Tronic family, a move that led to him to his 5th album of his career “Intensity’ which was released on Tronic in 2014. Much acclaimed support lead to a steady stream of hits on Tronic, with his “Move On” and “Metanoia” tracks remixed by Pig&Dan, Paco Osuna and Mendo.

Eric has announced he will be released his next album, which will be his second on Tronic in February 2017 with ‘Sound Traveler’. Featuring 14 original tracks which show Eric’s eagerness for experimentation. Providing full bodied beats and rolling basslines, closing the gap between tech-house and techno.

Alex Jimenez’s journey into DJing began at 17, when he was snuck into a Deep Therapy event—a night that left a lasting impression. More than just a party, Deep Therapy was one of Ottawa’s most respected underground gatherings: the kind of experience where music, production, and atmosphere all align. That night opened his ears to the deeper, groovier, and more soulful side of electronic music—and quietly sparked an obsession to understand it, then share it.

After years of digging and refining his ear, he stepped into the booth at 22 during Beyond City Beats, the open decks and networking night at City At Night. It was there that he found community, built confidence on pro gear, and began shaping his voice as a DJ.

His first real break came not at home, but abroad—landing a month-long residency at Raindance, a party hostel on Ometepe Island, Nicaragua. Playing Wet Wednesdays and most nights of the week, he learned to read a room, adapt, and build energy from scratch. That experience shaped the way he approaches every set: with patience, intention, and a desire to connect.

Since returning to Ottawa, Alex has played steadily across the city, including a standout opening set for Mustafa Ismaeel at Undercurrent, and slots alongside Mitch Oliver and Tyler Mesa—key voices in Canada’s underground scene.

His sets reflect that same honesty. Deeply tuned into the ever-evolving sounds of the underground, He-Menace blends raw, soulful, genre-blurring selections—always searching for the records you didn’t know you needed to hear. For him, DJing is about curation, storytelling, and staying connected to the pulse of the culture.
