Richard Wolper is a man who is passionate about his work, which he considers one of his hobbies. He has achieved great success in his career thanks to his hard work and ability to pick suitable projects. He is now the founder of the Utah Outliers, an elite Tier II junior hockey club that attracts talented players worldwide. Wolper partnered with Paul Taylor, a renowned hockey coach with over 30 years of experience, to establish the club in 2016. Under their leadership, the club has successfully provided talented hockey players with the opportunity to play and develop their skills while offering a chance to pursue a college or university education and a professional hockey career.

In addition to his passion for hockey, Wolper is passionate about giving back to the community. He sponsors and manages the Utah Outliers and donates to various charities, including the local Jewish Chabad and the Park City Disability Center. He takes pride in helping people and positively impacting their lives. Despite his many successes, Wolper remains humble and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Over the years, he has established multiple business ventures, providing Park City residents and visitors with unmatched housing opportunities. His legacy is one of improving the lives of those he works with, be it junior hockey players, employees, contractors, business partners, or those who purchase the homes and condos he invests in planning and building.
