I tried talking it out.
I tried sitting in quiet rooms.
I tried doing what I was told would fix me.

What actually worked was telling the truth out loud — in verses, in hooks, in songs.

This track is a response, not a rejection. Therapy helps some people. For me, survival came through music. Writing gave my pain somewhere to go. Singing turned weight into breath. Every line here is lived, not imagined.

If you’ve ever felt like the answers didn’t come from where they were supposed to — but you’re still standing anyway — this one’s for you.
