My job ate me alive for a while but I finally got around to finishing this track. Some people tell me it's reminiscent of my older styles.

Magnetar

I wanted to finish at least one more song before the year ended, so here's a generic techno-ish song. Mixed on actual studio monitors! But if it sounds good it's probably because of my mastering engineer.

I do say, I think I'm getting pretty good at this. Unfortunately the song turns into a 4/4 in the middle of this so I kind of gave up at that point.

The Elemental Stars [Remix]

This took approximately 40 hours of work to make over several months, half of it being over this weekend in a mad frenzy to finish the song. I did a lot of experimentation in the mixing on this song, some by choice, some by necessity because its a very strange song. I think its a sort of ambient DnB slash breakbeat kind of song, so into DnB it goes!

Forgotten Memories

Written as a theme song for the MLP:FiM fanfiction "Musical Relations" by Lapis-Lazuli. It explores an alternate universe where Vinyl Scratch was a pianist child prodigy before being a DJ, and is a younger sister to Octavia. This song takes place during the ending scene.
