"I had a musically transformational experience in front of the robot heart bus years ago.  At that moment, I made a promise to myself that the next time I stepped foot on the bus, it would be to play.  Fast forward 5 years later…it’s 2am Monday night, about 30 min before my set, and I’m sitting in the deep playa with a close friend watching the bus make it’s way towards us from the city.  It was a moment that I will never forget.  This was what all the hard work was for.

To me, this mix represents a small microcosm of one of the things I learn over and over again every time I go to Burning Man; with patience, persistence, resilience, and positive intention, you can achieve anything.

Infinite gratitude to everyone who's supported me along this journey.  Although this, is just another beginning."

"Playing the Sunday morning closing set at Robot Heart at my first Burning Man was one of the most touching and rewarding moments of my musical adventure so far. I have always made music with the desert in mind, and this felt somehow like coming home, sharing it in the perfect environment.

Another Discobelle premiere, this time the awesome NYC outfit known as @fsqofficial (Funk Style Quality) delivers a Caribbean disco tinged remix and breathes new life with the aid of a warm sounding, late night disco atmosphere and funked up horns to the track "Giving Up On You" from Jamaican artist @davidmarstonja. 

The remix is part of the remix package to last years much lauded "Kindness of Bearer" EP (released on @soulclaprecs) which captured the laidback atmosphere of David Marstons island home.

‘Always Loved A Film’ is the first full single to be taken from Underworld’s dazzling new album, ‘Barking’. Given a global premier by Pete Tong on Radio 1, followed by a “Hottest Record in the World Right Now” from Zane Lowe, ‘Always Loved A Film’ is a collaboration between Underworld and techno producers Mark Knight and D. Ramirez, resulting in seven ecstatic minutes of pressure-cooked euphoria.
Remixes include Solo’s percussive work out, Michael Woods’ deep and dubby epic, Breakage’s stripped back, minimalist version and DJ Madskillz’s bouncy dutch house.
