Located in the woods just below the 49th parallel, amongst the toweriouglas Fir on sacred Semiahmoo ancestral lands, Sloth draws inspiration
from the magical air, water and earth around them to craft a sound for the
urban club environment.  With intention of connecting people together, to
themselves and to the earth.   Sloth searches for sounds that bring
healing and intimacy,  It was the defiant love of the brave gay black and
brown house scene that resonated with Sloth.  Connecting this music with
their own experience and the sounds of humanity the world over.   It's
time to claim our birthright as one Human family.

When Zeebo landed from outer space many moons ago, the automatron loctationator plopped him right down in Black Rock City. He played his first ever set on the Schmobot Shcmeart art car, and then headed straight for the trash fence where he was rewarded with a dildo, the cover photo for this mix was taken, and the rest is history!

When I think of love, I often feel emotions that are associated with loss, sadness, failure, and disconnection. The distance between my parents and me, the dark shadow of the walls I have built around myself because I didn't experience healthy connections as a child, or the many failed intimate relationships I've had to walk away from. 

Some may say it's easier to wallow in those feelings. I don't believe that to be true. For every yin, there is a yang, and for every sunset, a sunrise. I hope that my set will assist you in locating the places inside of your body that are holding onto pain and sadness because you feel like love has failed you, or you aren't good enough for love. 

But do not fear, we won't stay there too long. Inside all of us is an ember that is waiting to be stoked, and the music is the breath that will re-ignite the fire, warming our bodies and souls from within and giving us confidence by instilling the importance of self-love. We are warriors of love and we will rise.

Erozion is an up and coming DJ and producer residing in Seattle, WA. Inspired by the Pacific Northwest melodic and progressive house scene, Erozion has soaked up knowledge from mentors such as Black Velveteen (Studio 4/4), DJ Sloth (Reflect), and Joe Bellingham (Tremulant). Upon hours of listening and experimenting with various sounds, Erozion has curated a unique blend of deep organic mixes, and has produced soulful tracks. At only 1 year working on electronic music, Erozion has already made a name for himself in the Seattle scene as a stark supporter of local talent and a high quality DJ.
