Worth the Wait

Dear lovely people who have been so good to me. So encouraging, supportive and loving. I have been thinking how to give a little love back, how to send something dear to me out there to meet you. It occurred to me that sharing a song with you would probably be just the thing, especially if the song itself was meaningful and personal to me in some way, at this time of my life, and it so happens I had just the song for this purpose. I wrote it many years ago and have always considered it one of my best, and yet it has been waiting all this time to be heard. In a way it is not at all that strange, since it is called Worth the Wait, and among other things speaks of that worth waiting for. 

I know many of you reading this have also been waiting for the release of the new record, MUNA, which had to be put off for the arrival of our baby girl, but in the spirit of this song i will say, there is time and place for everything. :-) I wish you all a Merry Christmas, filled with peace and joy, and for all your wishes to come through in the New Year.
