Am Ufer eines schmalen Bachlaufs saß ein Trompeter, dessen Instrument im fahlen Nachmittagslicht wie eine zweite Sonne glomm. Das Wasser murmelte in Silben, die nur ein geduldiges Ohr als Sprache entziffern konnte, und der Mann hörte zu, als lausche er einem uralten Gespräch zwischen Stein und Zeit.

Er setzte das Mundstück an, doch blies keinen Ton. Stattdessen dachte er daran, wie Klang durch die Luft reist—unsichtbare Wellen, die sich ausbreiten, als wollten sie das Universum selbst tasten. Vielleicht, überlegte er, ist jeder Ton ein Fragezeichen im großen Buch der Wirklichkeit. Ein leises Räuspern des Baches antwortete, als wollte es sagen, dass Fragen manchmal tiefer wirken als jede Melodie.

Der Trompeter betrachtete die Bewegungen des Wassers: kreisende Wirbel, schimmernde Falten, ein Tanz von Ordnung und Chaos. Er fragte sich, ob nicht auch die Sterne einem solchen Muster folgten—ob Galaxien vielleicht dieselbe Logik ausströmten wie dieser Bach, der scheinbar ziellos floss und doch seinem Weg präziser folgte als jedes menschliche Herz.

Langsam führte er das Instrument an die Lippen. Ein einziger Ton löste sich, klar wie eine Wahrheit, die zu lange geschwiegen hatte. Der Klang wanderte über das Wasser, berührte Grashalme, stieg auf zu den Wolken. Für einen Augenblick schien alles miteinander verbunden: der Trompeter, der Bach, die Erde, die Sternenfernen.
Und im goldenen Ausklang wusste er, dass selbst die kleinste Melodie ein Dialog mit dem Unendlichen sein kann—und dass der Bach, der vor ihm fließt, vielleicht nichts Geringeres ist als ein Spiegel des Kosmos
