Jack Essek - Monolith  In Mixed (Album Mix)

As Dj sets up his turntables in the dimly lit temple, he notices a figure emerging from the shadows. It's a monk, dressed in flowing robes and holding a mysterious object in his hand. Dj greets him warmly, and the monk responds with a smile, saying that he has come to request something special from the DJ.

The monk explains that he needs Dj's help to create a magical, spiritual experience for the temple's visitors. He wants Dj to use his music to transport the listeners to a higher plane of consciousness, where they can connect with the divine.

Dj is intrigued, and asks the monk to explain more about what he has in mind. The monk pulls out the object he was holding – it's a small, intricately carved wooden box. He explains that it contains a powerful spiritual energy, and that by opening it at the right moment during Dj's set, they can amplify the magic of the music.

Excited by the challenge, Dj begins to prepare his set. He chooses tracks that are uplifting, ethereal, and filled with otherworldly sounds. He mixes them together with precision, gradually building the tempo and intensity until the room is filled with a pulsing, spiritual energy.

As Dj plays, the monk watches intently, holding the wooden box close to his chest. Finally, at the peak of the set, he nods to Dj and opens the box. A burst of light and energy explodes from within, filling the room with a sense of wonder and awe.

For the next hour, Dj continues to play, the music flowing through him like a spiritual force. The visitors to the temple dance and sway, their eyes closed, lost in the magic of the moment. And when the set comes to an end, the room is filled with a sense of peace and contentment, as though everyone has just experienced something truly special and transformative.

On October 14th, 2022, the Bohemia community was born. The conditions were hot, sweaty, and pretty intimate. I’m talking about our first party: The Pocket. 

On that night, our resident DJ, Matteo, took us somewhere we had never been before. He calls it Space Island. There is no way to describe it other than a retro-futuristic party on an island floating in space. 

Thankfully, you don’t need to wonder what that’s like. Matteo will take you there.

This was certainly my favorite set of the night in the chill room.The modus operandi was to play all the chilled downtempo that gives me the feels, but as it always goes when reading the room, the patrons were up for a dance as the moment dictated. I loved the room and all the beautiful people that I saw grooving slowly with no anticipation of drops or buildups. This set was MORE THAN WORDS could say, so I will say no more. Love and light Kriz
