A producer/M.C from Maywood IL, O.T has been writing since his early days in childhood. With an influential background of gospel, and other forms of music played by his parents growing up, O.T has always been around good music. Starting out producing music in college with a group name as “121 Productions”, O.T also created his own songs for various projects, along with picking up free styling as a... pastime. In his final years in College, O.T began to work on and create numerous songs with Chris Mathien, a singer/songwriter/musician from West Chicago, which gained a buzz among certain students in Carbondale. After finishing school, O.T continued to work on music with good friends Dannie “DJ Sparks” Bell and Ashlin “A.J” Johnson, along with producing for numerous artists in and around the Chicago land area, while continuing to write as he did as a child. While the M.C/song creating side was always done for personal reasons and a love for music, others who liked his music and those who wanted to hear more lead O.T to the creation of the “Tales of a Sellout” series. Three mix tapes, 1 Album, a host of songs, shows, blog featuring’s, and collaborations later, this producer/M.C is still making music from the heart to inspire others

Ryan Boos is a multidisciplinary artist working across writing, visual art, and music. His creative practice weaves together sound, image, and language to explore themes of spirituality, perception, and transformation.

In 2012, he founded Hazy Acres, originally conceived as a platform for underground artists. Over time, it evolved into an experimental writing space for his own poetry and prose—serving as a hub for creative expression and expansion.

Musically, Boos is best known for his project Nomadic Firs, under which he has released several full-length albums and has been remixed by a divers group of Artists, most notably the grammy award winning, ODESZA. His sonic palette blends lo-fi textures, ambient pop, and electronic experimentation. With his singing coming largely from an improvisational discipline.

He has also composed music for film and produces under the side project Open Channel, releasing two EPs and a series of singles that push his sound into more atmospheric and instrumental territories.

As a visual artist, Boos works at the intersection of painting, photography, collage, and text. He digitally manipulates his work along with found materials, creating layered, immersive images that reflect a creative and open approach to design. In 2025 he expanded his visual arts by launching the Etsy shop, Healers Canvas.

Boos began his journey in the arts as a promoter and DJ in Kalamazoo, MI, where he organized The Reggae Sound System and co-founded various independent production collectives. Focused on house, techno, and dub, these events served as a catalyst for his ongoing collaborations with artists and musicians in the underground scene.
