Truu Colours are a production Duo based in the South of England. Sy is an experienced Dj & Sam is a talented Multi instrumentalist. Both of them have honed their skills as producers. They have worked with some great artists and their music has lead to them playing venues all around the globe.

Truu Colours have many inspirations ranging from soulful deep sounds all the way to jazzy/funky house. They have even started venturing into commercial house, piano house and their latest work takes their music into the Tech house genre.

They have a very likeable current vibe to their music and it is very easy to listen to whether it be in the car on the move, whilst relaxing at home or on the dancefloor. Their riffs can be described as “hooky” and like “ear candy”

Tim's passion for all things music began at an early age, and he has been hugely influenced by the different genres and eras he was subjected to growing up..

Having been massively inspired by close friends already making moves in the house music industry, Tim began to develop his own vinyl collection. Self-taught, his passion and determination has lead to his career developing and going from strength to strength. Now, with over a decade of experience behind the decks, he has gained the confidence to explore music production, which has allowed him to put a deeper, darker stamp on his style under the pseudonym, Timbre. Watch this space..

Alongside K/SS, Tim is also a long-standing resident at SNO, the Midland's No.1 Thursday night party, now in it's 5th year.  A big accolade more recently saw Tim awarded a 2:31/10:31 residency, a brand that was recently voted best club night by Mixmag in 2013. In addition to this, Tim also holds down a monthly slot at If Afteparty, and makes regular appearances over the summer months for Tantalise Presents Palava.. With frequent guest appearances in and around the second city,  there is plenty of opportunity to catch Tim doing what he does best..
