Humans seem to think they need to 'tame' nature, that it needs to be controlled,  and things like trees, insects, wildlife, animals are ranked on their 'usefulness' to humans, but they should not have to have a reason or purpose to exist- they should just live and be because why should their existence be measured to suit humans?
Be the person who sees all life as important, all the way from the grass you walk on, to the insects that we can't live without, to what you are eating, and the journey of how it got there.
Please think twice about what chemicals you put on your lawn just to rid so- called 'weeds', which happen to be so so beautiful if you can alter your way of thinking. My happeist times are sitting in my garden watching buzzing bees and insects flying round, I don't need to interfere in their homes, I want them to thrive. 
Most people continue doing what they do, because they've always done it. but it's a really good idea to educate yourself about the environment, its good to change your mind and see things differently, just because everyone is doing it, doesn't mean they are right.

I wrote this song “Brightness” inspired by my favorite drama “Breaking Bad”where I met Walt Whitman’s poem.  I had a big inspiration and motivation from him.
