Max Arvizu & Ryan Miller

Goliath was formed in 2009, in Meiners Oaks, CA, by Tarayl Stewart and Devin Oatway aka Billy Zooey. They only recorded one song, "Voices," before Tarayl moved back to Detroit, and Devin forged on without him. He tried a few times to make it to Detroit, but has yet to complete the journey.
