We fell in love with Norwegian https://soundcloud.com/atella after hearing just a few notes. With her enchanting voice, Kristiane lures you into a dreamlike state and lets you experience the seductive sound of Atella’s electronic pop music. ‘The Monster’ is their impressive first output and leaves us hungry for more.

London based electronic soul music duo Stubborn Heart, signed to One Little Indian, seemed perfect to add breaks and bass to ‘The Monster’. We are big fans of their debut album (which was crowned Album Of The Year at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Awards 2013), imagine how excited we were about their contribution.

Xinobi, who runs the Discotexas label with Moullinex, recently did remarkable remixes for Agnes Obel and John Grant. His taste in music is rather eclectic, as are his productions. He strips Atella’s original to its core, leaving only the vocals behind. His rework is built around an uplifting piano lick and a ridiculously funky bassline. From Portugal with love.

The Monster is taken from ‘The Blue Collection’, the second installment in a new compilation series on Eskimo based around colours. It’s the follow-up to last year’s lauded 'The Pink Collection’.

This is an Edit of the absolutely fantastic Denai Moore. I just came across this amazing artist. My friend Gundelach ( Writer of "Footsteps" and "You Will never sleep") Showed me this music and i felt i had to do an edit. This girl needs more attention as she is one of the most talented people i have come across in a long while. Show her some respect and check out her stuff. This is my take on her song "The Lake". Hope you like it.

Exploited Club warmly welcome in Pleasure Voyage who step up to the plate and do as they do best: casting out a wide musical net, gathering in influences from Breaks, House, Disco, Balearic and Funk whilst pulling in a hefty dose of fun, flair and ecstasy to boot.

'Cuánto Cuesta' is a simmering pot of pure joy. A bubbling bass line has the track on a low boil throughout while luscious, buoyant synths intimately jostle alongside bold but allaying piano chords. Classic breaks snap in the back while a gently acidic lead flexes in and out of focus and the resultant groove sends out a clear and cosy invitation to get loose.

A regular on Johannes Albert's Frank Music's label and Tensnake's True Romance, Claus Casper chips in with his 'No Tengo Dinero' remix - a fortified revision that packs an extra punch with a layered snare, cow bells and an open hat that seasons the groove with a little bite and snap.

Rolling snare fills punctuate the track as Claus creates ramps for sections that showcase his indisputable chops on the keys. The passion and heat of the orignal remains intact as progress tumbles towards a long, spine-tingling breakdown that pops wide open in a manner that will send the floor absolutely nuts.

The Colombian producer Ravetop releases an EP of remixes that come from a raw analog track with down pitched and resonated voices that interact alongside a playful and unpredictable arp bass-line and solid percussion elements,

resulting in a fresh and spooky new wave "minimal" disco flavor with bleep dry beats, ideal for warming up the dance floor.

The rhythm that borns of social isolation, the desire to break the rules with the existing alternatives, visions of the discotheque exploding after being shut down for a long time lapse, strident syntheses that converge with colored spotlights in the darkness and the uncertainty and relentless cyber future are mainly the sources of inspiration that came to Ravetop to give shape to this track.

Galope Messier brings a touch of Trance and "Proggry" vibes through the drops and bass line in his remix, followed by the powerful contribution of Fabrizio Mammarella, who turn the essence of the original track into a peak time arpegiated Italo Body Music bomb perfect for the most rave-heads club warriors.

The release is complemented by "Le Poison Du Plaisir," a track previously included on the "Rotten Citizens Vol. 6" compilation. A great chance to catch up for those who missed it!

According with the mythology of Agharo, the spirit of every being lives in the stars. And so when the body dies, the spirit returns to the stars where it belongs. The soul is then the constellation formed by the stars every being has.

This structure of constellation, however, isn’t two-dimensional as in western astronomy; in Aibana each star is intimately connected with every other star within the constellation and within them runs the will of the spirit and its fate. The stronger the structure of Aibana, the stronger the spirit.

These cards speak of the individual — of our self in relation with the self. Or our spirit and our soul. Of that which is behind all masks, our true self and our true fears. How did the meaning of the tarot card inspire the journey of this mix?

I was appealed by the ‘confidence’ aspect of it.
I really played the tracks I wanted to hear myself without thinking about anything else. Sometimes you might overthink a mix - especially one recorded at home one. But in this case I really went with the flow and eveything seems ‘fated’ to happen this way.
