Eskimo Recordings is proud to present the remixes of Rikki, the new single of London based disco advocate Blende. Following his breakthrough release Fake Love on Eskimo (played by A-Trak, Aeroplane, Yuksek, Dimitri from Paris and The Magician) he is now returning with this new unique effort of his own. ‘Rikki’ is a top of the line indie dance tune that once again serves up a generous dose of nu-disco, combining the old school with the new.

The original version of Rikki is already supported by A-Trak, The Aston Shuffle, Punks Jump Up, Gorgon City, Yuksek and Tensnake. We now give you The Remixes. We love our star themes on Club Mackan. And the next release is no different. We welcome Berlin-based James Rod with a stellar two-track EP, Astrolosis. With remixes from Aleito and Marcus Christiansen, this release is a journey through cosmic melodies, galactic grooves, and star-born transformations.

The title track, "Astrolosis," shines with a bright, uplifting melody that never quite sits still. Like a star undergoing metamorphosis, its sound keeps shifting while its core remains the same—steady bassline, euphoric tone, and clever layering. It's cosmic, happy, and hypnotic.

"Giorgiolate" follows with a groove that feels like a disco beat turned cinematic. The bassline takes the lead, constantly evolving and commanding the spotlight. Not-so-subtle FX and nuanced shifts in rhythm keep the track dynamic, giving it a sense of propulsion through space.

Marcus Christiansen's remix of "Astrolosis" injects drama and edge into the original. With a bit of acid and a powerful build-up, the remix builds tension like a dying star—only to explode into euphoric release, a true supernova moment.

MM Discos marks its decade-long journey with a heartfelt compilation of over 30 tracks – a tribute to the artists who have defined its past and those who will shape its future. The label's unique identity was forged in the chaotic, all-night sessions at its Erkstrasse 19 basecamp, a freedom that evolved into a philosophy of rejecting genres in favour of pure musical instinct. This anniversary celebrates that "no rules" ethos with a three-volume "sonic tutti-frutti," beginning with a first instalment that rides a spectrum from laid-back grooves to upbeat, Balearic-tinged House rhythms.
