Timmy Trumpet & SCNDL - Bleed

Cititrax proudly presents a new project called An-i, the latest musical moniker for Berlin based former New Yorker Doug Lee. Doug has been DJing and producing records for the last decade under various aliases and collaborations. The Kino-i EP will be the debut release and home for An-i, a showcase of his love affair with machines. It fronts a hard hitting sound beyond category, moving from techno to jack to punk and to noise. It suggests an anything goes attitude perhaps dictated more by the will of machines themselves then any author. The record is pressed on 160 gram fluorescent yellow vinyl and housed in a high gloss black and white sleeve. Note: US release accompanied by full b+w newsprint poster.

This one's the most atmosphere heavy of the bunch.  I know that a lack of percussion in the intro and breakdown make for difficult mixing, but I was really trying to tell a solid story with this one more than make an all-out dance track.  The second drop is a lot heavier than the first, watch for it!

E.S.O.A.C. focus on the live performance which presents by the combination of IDM / Ambient music, sound and visual projection. Likewise, the group provides the audience with a sense - challenging experience.

E.S.O.a.C. (Empty Space On a Chessboard) is a 4-member IDM audiovisual electronic band, formed in 2011, including neo, koko, if, and tom. Their live stage shows are noted for the combination of large visual projection and music. Since 2011, E.S.O.a.C. has performed in numerous live houses, galleries, and music festivals. In addition, they have been invited to perform in Cologne, Germany and Tokyo, Japan. In 2012, E.S.O.a.C. released their first album “Quarrel”, which has received 6 nominations in The 3rd Golden Indie Music Award for Best Band, Best New Artist, Best Album, Best Instrumental Performer, Best Electronic Music Album, and Best Electronic Music Single. They later on won the award of Best Electronic Album.  
E.S.O.a.C.’s music is elaborated by multiple cold elecsynthetic signals. When integrated with bass and guitar, playing illusively or furiously, the overlapping sounds can echo around.
