Tmanagement is a multi – media artist management entertainment company that was founded by Daryel Taylor, its CEO/President in October 2011. Tmanagement began working with recording artists in the Northeastern region but made a decision to diversify and invest in all types of artistry to include fashion designers, freestyle hip-hop artist, hip-hop dancers, R & B; as well as, comedy. We provide artist development, booking, and promotions and link our clients with non-profit community based agencies to assist them in making sound decisions as they pursue their dreams.
Tmanagement has assisted artists with securing venues for rehearsals/performances, song structure, music review, and show choreography, to name a few. We also offer performance packages to local clubs which give aspiring and seasoned young artists a variety of exposure. 
We are a continuously growing enterprise within the Washington DC area that is constantly looking for ways to mentor others and dedicated to helping them grow and reach their dreams one step at a time in this industry, within their community and beyond. 
Tmanagement entered into a limited partnership in 2010 with K.B. Michaelz, recording artist, radio host, and CEO of Zombie Ready Productions. Tmanagement is a partner and sponsor of Night Cap After Dark, which will be back on the air in the summer of 2016, at which time we will introduce our newest member and marketing director, Matthew Broome who stage name is Cartier Carter. Tmanagement and Zombie Ready Productions have also partnered with Russell Webster of 4ever Young Music Group (4EYMG) under the newly formed company Webster, Taylor, and Washington (WTW) to bring to the stage the World’s Longest Freestyle Rap Team Cypher, an attempt to set a world record for a non-stop 25-hour freestyle cypher that will be verified by the Guinness World Record. 

Tmanagement’s goal is to become one of the top organization’s in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area through community continuity, teamwork and support. Cam On The Beat is an Instrumental Producer from Southwest Michigan. He has been working as a studio musician for over 10 years and has produced instrumentals for such up and comers as SK4MC, Miny, PM, Mamo and J. Crews and many, more. Cam On The Beat uses FL Studio 10 Pro for his production and has a sound that can be described as “Johnny Juliano meets TM88.” His first success came in 2012 with the debut of SK4MC’s viral single, “Highlights.”
