Hay algo que trasciende lo razonable en la brujería: algo que escapa a nuestro conocimiento, y que hay que explicarlo a través de las emociones.

Con las canciones de adelanto que ha ido presentando Baiuca estas últimas semanas de lo que será "Embruxo", el ritual en donde convergerán las nuevas composiciones del prestigioso productor gallego y que se convertirá en su segundo álbum largo, pasa algo similar.

No ha necesitado cazos ni pelos de gato para que su alquimia sonora se convierta en un auténtico ritual de embrujo musical. "Meigallo", último adelanto antes de que se publique el álbum en tan solo unos días, pone de manifiesto no solo los lazos conceptuales que nos llevan hasta la 'santa compaña' o los rituales de brujería ancestral de su Galicia natal; sino que su alianza con el grupo de cantareiras-pandereteiras Lilaina proyecta un genética sonora que continúa proyectando una electrónica global, que sabe a tierra y cables, a pasado y futuro.

Zanfonas y voces salvajes se funden entre programaciones, arquitecturas rítmicas y un sonido inéditamente universal en un proyecto que parte desde la emoción de su Galicia natal para embrujar las pistas de baile, las playlists alternativas y las derivas de la música popular.

The latest addition of Roam Recordings offers three stunning remixes of Berlin based 80s New Wave inspired band Pardon Moi. Following the success of their singles “Addiction” on Emerald & Doreen Recordings and “Inside the Outside” on Nein (which has been featured on BBC Radio) the Berlin duo Pardon Moi consisting of Thomas Freudenthal and James Brook have penned the evocative “Power to the People” along with “Touch2Much” which have been released in original form on 7” vinyl from Hoga Nord Rekords. In the “Power to the People Remixes” EP, Roam Recordings has gathered together a dream team of top remixers - Damon Jee, Markus Gibb, and Curses - who each put their own spin on the originals. Damon Jee starts it out with an an energetic and anthemic version of Power to the People that’s sure to get people on their feet. Markus Gibb moves Power to the People into slightly darker and heavier territory with exquisite production that has become his trademark.
