I LOVE making music.

As ParQushea.
 
I have been making music and playing drums since the age of 9 -from Jazz to Punk.
I have played in many bands. 
Nu Tricx in the late 70's and early 80's in Stockport and Manchester. We recorded several demo's which I helped to produce. (Some of those releases can be seen at the bottom of this Soundcloud page.)
This is where my love of producing music began.

In the mid 80's I moved to Wales and joined a Welsh Folk Rock Band.    
During the 80's I also got into DJ ing.

I moved to Australia from the UK in the late 80's, and studied at SAE in Perth, WA. 
In the late 90's I moved to Cairns, Far North Queensland and got right into the Dance Music scene, becoming DJ Orange Peel. 
I hadn't played drums for almost 20 years, and in 2013 I got back into drumming, purchasing a Roland Drum kit. 

Since then I have been producing, recording and making music in my studio. 
I formed a collaboration with my good friend Chris O'Shea in 2018. Since then we have been making music together in my studio as 'ParQushea'.

Born in Lugano, Mattia Somazzi aka Somatic, developed a passion for electronic music after moving to Tuscany at a young age, inspired by the sounds of Metempsicosi. Upon returning to Switzerland, he immersed himself in the Psy Trance scene and in 2012, he stepped into the DJ scene, performing at the top clubs in Ticino. Unsatisfied with just DJing, Somatic ventured into music production, crafting his own modern Progressive Trance tracks.
