For 8day's label launch we're thrilled to present Van Did's debut album "Avenir" a detailed musical journey, three years in the making. Each track tells a different story, listening to the album you may feel like traveling or watching a movie. "Avenir" means horizon, future, perspective in French, most tracks have a hidden meaning on different languages.

Federico Casares de Hombre, borned and raised on Monterrey, México has more than 10 years mixing and experimenting with sound. As a producer, he has been releasing music on international labels and music groups like: Natura Viva, Freegrant, Harabe, Polyptych and more.

Thanks to this unique style and projection, De Hombre has had the opportunity to share stages and open parties for artists such as: Mathame, Innellea, Lehar, Frankey, Sandrino, Denis Horvat, Oostil, HOSH, Marco Rezman, Betoko, Marvin & Guy, Toto Chiavetta Technasia, Cabizbajo, among others.

Learning Life -

Jay Livin is half of Steel Yard Promotions, Paddy F is the other half. - The Club Night 'Essentially House' is managed by Steel Yard Promotions.  Jay is a DJ with a Progressive /Melodic/Organic/deep house sound..Clubs and Festivals that I've had the privilege to play at are - The Ministry of Sound - Limelight club - The Arches - The Venue and Tribal Gathering  to name a few..

Jay Also has a passion for Ambient sounds and drifting beats.. The series "Ambient Air " derives from this sound...
