i'm above the clouds broken up so phonetically

my papa need ride tomorrow, n said don't go out of your way

anyways, the next the day i got up the hospital
even on that day said he was proud papa

telling all the nurses, that i was newly wed

and coulda sworn there was a house across the way.
n today it is gone, I looked  and didn't know what to say

the memories slow, but time pass fast
all the good things aint suppose to last
its hard to know, but i speak facts

of what you need, while on this earth

i helped get in my car, and time got slow
pointing around the city,  cruising down rainbow
i asked questions about the past, the sun grew bright
papa told more about his life, 
after a long drive with memories, I got him back home,
and I walked him up to his porch
said I love you papa, n he closed door
God must've known I needed to see ya once more.
