At Sixes And Sevens had several revisions. Originally, the opening of the piece was in 6/4 and the remainder of the song was in 7/4 (thus the title) but i didn't like the 6/4 feel. I decided to stay in 7/4 for the entire song (pretty much).

SO I always start with the drum track. The new drum set is playing super well and my skills are getting better every day. The best way for me to practice is to record and for this one I knew I wanted some energy. It's always interesting because I never know what will come of these tracks as I am in the process. Once I turned on the distortion, I never looked back. This song has a lot of fuzz and a bunch of screaming, but I feel like at moment, it really finds itself. I'm happy to share yet another wild creation from my mind and fingers and look forward to more tracks to come on this new batch of singles! Thank you, as always, for listening, liking, downloading, and spreading the good word.
