Esther Canata is a recording artist/singer/songwriter. Her styles range from soulful electronica, indie pop/rock, dark synth , EDM, dreampop to trip hop. Her versatility and signature stylings draw from a wide scope of musical influences and personal life experiences.
She has been singing since 5 years old in church choir and has trained professionally with vocal coach, Don Lawrence, in NYC.
Esther has had a publishing deal with BMG /Stockholm as singer /songwriter,  has collabed with Hooki Sonic Records with DJ Michaelis and has licensed her songs to huge library archives such as Miramax Films and WarnerBros. Esther has also collaborated with award winning  producer/composers such as Jimmy Harry(PINK,KYLIE MINOGUE,KELLY CLARKSON) Tommy Coster (EMINEM), Andy Heard (AKA FANATIC) , Anthony Krizan (SPIN DOCTORS), Irish producer, SKULLY(SONY producer/publishing UK), Goldilocks(GOLDISHACK GUERILLAS), Angelo Milli (7 POUNDS), Frederik Weidmann(Emmy award winner/ composer), Lionel Cohen(First We Take Brooklyn) and with international DJ's such as DJ REMEDY, DJ MOODY, DJ MICHAELIS and MARTIN EAST.
Esther opened for SHEILA E's , "Circle of Passion" event presented by the ELEVATE HOPE FOUNDATION in Los Angeles at the Pacific Design Center . She portrayed one of the 'characters' on the scripted reality show: Redemption Song on FuseTV and currently maintains a successful body of work licensing and composing original music for popular TV and FILM. Her work has been placed in various feature films such as DYING OF THE LIGHT with Nicholas Cage, HELLRAISER REVELATIONS and in hit TV shows such as SYFY series 12 MONKEYS.  As a live performer, she has
graced famous stages in NYC/ LA such as HOUSE OF BLUES, THE ROXY, THE VIPER ROOM , ARLENE’S GROCERY, JOE'S PUB,THE CUTTING ROOM, The KNITTING ROOM, KINGKING and others.
