Along with a healthy obsession for amateur wrestling and retro gaming, Brisbane-based producer Weakling has nurtured an identity for leftfield techno with a lot of punch. Cumulating metro community support from FBi Radio and 4ZZZ for previous singles ‘Be Jealous’ and ‘pullup’, Weakling has also been thumped out nationwide on the triple j airways courtesy of Linda Marigliano, KLP, Dave Ruby Howe and Dom Alessio.

With a mutual fear of birds, Weakling now pairs up with etcetc’s Sir Jonathan for a stripped back techno with a twist…a vocal from Sydney-based Kyphosis. ‘In The Night’ is a moody rave warmer, which thumps nicely along at 120bpm, creating a verbed out warehouse in-between your ears. ‘Say your prayers, and good bye. You’re paralysed’.

Bringing some range to the night are remixes from Body High’s MYRRYRS, Completely Boys and October Records’ Frames, and a classic house slice from GT and Wildfire.
