Relaxation Music | New Constellations

I’ve made a little ambient mix of some of my all time favourite peaceful music.

The mix was originally made for a clinical trial for people undergoing something of a reconstructive therapy. It was designed to repeatedly and slowly transition between relaxed reflection, and stimulation of new thoughts, running for a 2 hrs 30 mins session. You’ll probably hear what I mean in the structure.

It also includes some unreleased music of mine which hasn’t been heard before, alongside many of the most beautiful pieces I could find. I hope you enjoy it.

Relaxing Sleep Music for Stress Relief | Sleep Music Delta Waves

This song was actually fun to make. It has a chill, laid back kind of feeling. I used a piano for the main melody, an ambient synth sample, bell sound with a bend effect. The beat is simple, with claps at the beginning and the end of the song, snares in the middle section. The guitar parts were made with my guitar, with reverb and delay effects.
