I was gonna upload this tomorrow since it's the 31st, but decided just to upload it today :) this has been in the works for a week or 2. I transcribed everything alongside JomJom412! He mostly helped me with the effects and mixing, so thanks bud!

Welcome back everyone, Dr. Hayden here, today I bring you a new cover of, in my opinion. one of the most well composed megalos in all of this community, I decided to go for a more traditional approach, but with some of my tropes mixed in, I hope all of you enjoy

Happy Halloween to all you living folk! Been a bit since my last Earthbound based song and I figured what better way to do that again then to make a Halloween Hack style Megalovania on Halloween?

Classic motifs, familiar instruments, and... a quadruple-tracked guitar??? Yes, it's the definitive version of Maniac's Revenge! The track I started in a Discord call with the original Dusttrust team has come quite a long way, and has become a fan favorite. As many of you know, my last public release for this track was my unfinished WIP for the third version, and I believe it was Nick's MR III--and the incredible work of the folks at Ari's Dusttrust remaster--that inspired me to finish it once and for all. It took a very long time, and with almost 20 hours spent on it, this is the result.

This version contains motifs from many different versions, finished and unfinished. The key of version 1, the intensity of version 2, the chaos of version 3, and motifs from all of them and more. Putting it in the key of MR I not only suits the battle better, but acts as my way of paying homage to the track where it all began. It is my hope that fans old and new, of Dusttrust and otherwise can get something out of this track, and that this track will satisfy those who were taken aback by Dissension's lack of intensity! Stay safe, and have a happy Halloween.

Okay so like I felt like doing something different today so I made a Custom Gaster Battle Theme based on the music in the ost of The Binding of Isaac Rebirth and so on. It really gives it quite an unsettling feeling in a way, but it still feels like a fight.

Anyway I am pretty proud of this, hope you enjoy it!
