Loopus has established himself a reputation for the so called "funkedelic" sound : a mixture of psytrance and funky disco sounds...there's  actually more (or less),  a total free crossover of influences  with an electro, progressive, jazzy,  circus feeling  blended with the severe discipline of psytrance: a mind twisting psychedelia with a running full baseline...

Loopus has played up to now in almost every corner of the psytrance world and has developed a  blended live+djset featuring a special task: slowly bringing the dancefloor into a relaxed, happy, funky atmosphere full of laughs and funny smiles... for this reason his set works best in early nights or sunny morning at outdoors or anytime in the kinky clubs....

Hi, my name is Mandragora, I am a time traveller from 1354, while I was looking for weeds in the forest I fell into a wormhole, I traveled through infinite alternate realities for like a year, after I got bored of all that cosmic stuff I decided to camp on year 2012, then I found this weird music making box and I knew something big was coming.

Mandragora prefers to keep his name out of the light and go by the name of
“Neto”, hence the username @holasoyneto on most of his social networks.
Apparently born in the desert city of Chihuahua, located in the north of
Mexico, it was in this place where he decided to fully go into music,
enrolling at the local Conservatory but quickly dropped out to pursue a career
in music production.
While still studying in the Conservatory of Chihuahua he had access to a
computer lab which had GarageBand installed, he rapidly realised the
possibilities of digital versus paper. One day one of his classmates listened
to one of his compositions and said, “Hey, Neto, that sounds like Goa music,
you should play it at the local raves.”
Not long after being introduced to the local rave scene, he started promoting
different kinds of events for different kinds of audience, this served to
create a local community to introduce the “Mandragora” project to the world,
inspired by the local rave scene and the hip-hop ethos.
Having this school of thought led him to create “#futureprog” a sub-genre of
Goa trance based on the idea of ever evolving music, of trying to predict the
future, right now #futureprog is produced and played by many artists big and
small throughout the entire world.
This creation led him to move to Brazil for 6 years to join forces with Alien
Records, releasing several albums and successful singles, performing at
legendary festivals, inspiring a whole new scene of producers and partygoers
worldwide.
At the moment Neto is based in the south of France locked in the studio
creating hundreds of tracks, just released a new mini album and is back on the
road, always on tour, always getting those new tracks mastered and ready to be introduced to the world.

DUBAMIX ?

Trois ans après l’album “Pour qui sonne le dub” (Autoproduction, 2014), Dubamix revient avec un vinyle 2 titres explosif mélangeant dub, musiques traditionnelles et beats electro.

En créant ce Maxi “electro-dub-alternatif ”, Dubamix a voulu s’associer aux voix des femmes qui se battent au quotidien contre les inégalités et les idées rétrogrades, intégristes et archaïques partout dans le monde.

Aux “P’tits tracts” (face A) évoqués par la résistante Lucie Aubrac répond l’appel de la combattante kurde Vivian Peyman, tandis que les airs yiddish contre la police et le tsar font écho au chant des partisans de Varsovie porté par la voix de Géraldine (Cartouche, Latwal). Puis c’est un morceau intimiste que l’on entend sur la face B, « Initials RBB », celui d’un père s’adressant à sa fille dont les battements du coeur à l’échographie donneront le tempo de ce stepper radical sorti tout droit d’une boite à musique.

Au travers ces 2 titres, Dubamix s’inscrit à sa façon dans la longue tradition des chants révolutionnaires et exerce une fusion subtile de notes et d’idéaux, depuis l’utilisation de nombreux samples d’un répertoire musical sans frontières (Ennio Morricone, Serge Gainsbourg, Anton Dvorak, Giora Feidman, Baby Huey ...) jusqu’à l’esthétisme graphique si particulier de la pochette où se croisent les visages et les regards.

C’est cette détermination artistique et politique mêlée à une furieuse envie de skanker que l’on entend dans ce disque, donnant tout son sens mélodique à la phrase d’Emma Goldman “Si je ne peux pas danser, je ne ferai pas partie de votre révolution”.

Guided by his Owl Totem, LPF creates a very festiv & powerfull tribal music at the crossroads of trance, techno and world music. 
Expect to feel the rumble of the didgeridoo, the sweet harmonies of the flute and the strumming of the classical guitar in this punchy show where the 4 musicans take pleasure in sharing the arts of their instruments with a joyfull energy !
After  touring all around France, Europe and an amazing Indian Tour they are gradually becoming one of the most famous band of "Natural Trance" in the world...
