This set was played and recorded live @ Soul Culture Serenades party 03.07.2021. It is a story about tender and strength mixing up together, turning into one, sculpturing the new out of two. It starts intimate, delicate and slow at 85 bpm and step by step goes up and develops into wild and massive, though still - sensitive and touching.

For today’s guest mix, we invited one of Karismatik Booking’s artists – the talented @Meraki4. 

Pedro Suigura, aka Meraki, moved from Sao Paulo to Amsterdam just a few months ago. In that short time he has already played at many events across Europe. 

Meraki says that this particular mix was born from a journey inward which he wanted to share with the world. It contains tracks which are very close to his heart, with a slow intro of sounds coming from the veins of Brazil, flowing through the mountains of Latin America, to finally arrive gently on a dance floor which will ignite your fire!

We are really enthusiastic about this 2nd Kult Tape, carefully crafted by https://soundcloud.com/meraki4, production & Djing project of Pedro Sugiura, based in São Paulo, Brasil. Beginning his musical experience with psytrance as a teenager listener, and later getting in touch with Downtempo as a DJ, he started his journey with the Sonido Tropico collective in 2016. Always seeking the balance between these two contrasting strands of electronic music, his mixes result in an unexpected atmosphere. For this particular mix, expect a deep journey across continents, from sunshining tropical grooves to darker electronic grounds and psychedelic blues!
