Andrea Graham, known professionally as The Librarian, is a pioneering DJ, producer, label owner, and festival founder who has established herself as one of bass music's most influential creative forces and tastemakers. As the co-founder and music director of Bass Coast Festival – internationally acclaimed for its innovative music programming and immersive installation art – she has built an inclusive electronic music community that resonates with audiences worldwide.

The Librarian's dynamic performances seamlessly traverse the full spectrum of bass music, deftly moving between 130 breaks and adjacent techno to UKG, deep dubstep, jungle, juke and drum and bass. Her sets are characterized by powerful low-end frequencies with nuanced melodic elements and an intuitive understanding of dancefloor dynamics, creating deep connections with audiences across the globe. With a touring career spanning seventeen years playing clubs and festivals, she has refined her craft through countless transformative nights on dance floors worldwide.
Her extensive touring schedule has taken her throughout North America, Australia, Central America, and India, with landmark performances at some of the world's most prestigious venues and festivals. Recent highlights include a compelling set at the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre and an electric 360 degree performance at The Caverns in Tennessee. Her festival appearances span Coachella, Electric Forest, Lightning in a Bottle, Beyond Wonderland, Bumbershoot, Rainbow Serpent, Shambhala, and many more. Her legendary Boiler Room and Keep Hush performances are on repeat.
Based in Squamish, BC, Canada, Andrea balances her touring career with her role as Bass Coast Festival's music director while also heading her record label, Chapter Three Music. 

The Librarian maintains a consistent presence in the electronic music scene by touring regularly and hosting her monthly radio show, Book Club. She continues to push creative boundaries with her own productions.

Following her acclaimed trilogy of singles, she released a captivating 6-track EP, "miss u," further cementing her reputation as a multifaceted artist who continues to shape the future of bass music.

Originally from London (UK), Montreal based DJ and producer Rick Deacon has been mixing music and experimenting with music production since 2003.

His love for electronic music began around 1993 when he heard 2 Unlimited's Eurodance hit, No Limit. He was hooked on the repetitive beat and it changed his tastes in music overnight. In the late 90's he was exposed to more electronic music via it's popularity in the UK charts, and in 2003 he discovered the London music scene, which he promptly made his home and stomping ground, mainly listening to the sounds of Paul van Dyk and the other trance legends. It was around this time that he started mixing

In 2014 his interests in music turned towards the sounds of Progressive, Tech House and Techno, and in his own words, he felt like he'd discovered music all over again. 

Rick's main connection with music is taking listeners on journeys through his DJ mixes, which he has been making since 2003. He releases a monthly show called Four to the Floor Radio on SoundCloud. In addition to this he dabbles in music production and has releases on Bully Beatz, Re:Sound music and Aerotek Recordings, with more focus on productions coming in the future.

It all began in 2003. 2007 turned out to be especially successful - that's when Enei released his first record on the Dutch label Fokuz. That's when he also strated producing dubstep, which resulted in the second dubstep vinyl release in Russia, including one solo track and two co-produced tracks with Ka (aka Implex). More releases are coming on the biggest European labels, and more collaborations with producers from all over the world are taking place. In his sets Enei mixes old-school neuro funk and tech step with fresh and trendy futuristic minimal dnb from Metalheadz, Critical and other labels. His tracks are played by Nu Tone, Goldie, Andy C, Ed Rush, Sabre, DJ Hype, London Elektricity, Friction, Netsky, Kasra, Bailey and many others.
