Samuel Perryman who goes by the stage name Life$tyle is an up and coming rapper from the infamous streets of East Oakland. Life$tyle’s aesthetics consists of constantly creating and maintaining a sense of urgency. Growing up in California he has had the luxury of experiencing multiple obstacles that not only have shaped his mentality but also his artistic ability. Traditionally after school young adults are taught to attend a university, do good in school, get a degree and find a job to support themselves. Life$tyle quickly learned that those traditional values were not for him. After dropping out of community college in 2013 he began taking his artistry to the next level…and since then his thirst for success and empowerment has not be quenched.
