Alan Fitzpatrick makes a triumphant return to the scene-leading imprint this August. The typically bombastic three-tracker of explosive, crowd-moving techno opens with ‘Love Siren’ packed with all the power and punch required to knock over festival crowds as it systematically builds and drops, this is one for the big open air stages. ‘U Said U’ is a massively hyped track that has been the subject of huge fan-demand since it first featured on Beyer’s Drumcode Radio in January. ‘Rumours’ wraps things up in slightly more understated but non-the-less effective fashion with its drawn out, tension building intro mushrooming into a crescendo of sleazy chords and sparking melodies.

Dense & Pika’s latest Drumcode release comes in the shape of a heavy four track EP, ‘Calf EP’. The four tracks showcase Dense & Pika’s signature industrial and dynamic style, each track bringing its own unique sound to the release whilst being unified by the sledgehammer intensity throughout. The release is laden with sporadic vocals, clanking samples and serious kick drums throughout - another heavy hitting, ear whipping release from Dense & Pika.

Summer is back and it is time for a new and fourth Bud Sampler. Our annual compilation sees the return of some good friends of the label alongside new faces. 

It all starts with the return of Marco Effe - after his successful remix of Reform - it was time to welcome the talented Italian artist back with some original material. 'Resolution' is your perfect techno tool : strong drums articulated around an hypnotic saturated 808 tom that gives the pulse through the whole tune . 

New comer Alignment is up next with a more melodic but still very straight tune . The synths of 'Rain' are shuffled in a way that will make the crowd jump. Manent comes next with 'Tomahawk'. A broken kick and repetitive chord are all the ingredients needed for the perfect Etruria sound.

Alex Bilancini offers us 'Leomard', a classic techno number in a pure Detroit vain. Influence of Hood and Dixon can be heard. Finally Uron and Caremajor's 'Noosphere' presen ts a more subtle sound, dreamy with soothing synthesizers running on 808 based loops. 

Once again our Bud Sampler will make you dance, dream and delight in the music.

Italian acclaimed DJ/producer Frankyeffe is back on Reload Black, once again delivering ounces of groove through his brand new single, tilted 'Illusion'.

The track starts off with a stomping bassline laced with looped-out vocal snippets, while frantic claps and busy arrangement set the tone, leaving metallic percussion to provide the momentum and evolving synths to reinforce the energetic vibe. Things get kicked up a notch when tasty chords are employed, leaving just enough space for the hypnotic atmospherics to ensure a jet-back ride into the night.

Well, 2016 was a bit of a mixed bag wasn't it? It's certainly a year that I wont forget in a hurry - for all sorts of reasons - good and bad. However the one common denominator throughout pretty much all of it has been music. Whether its what you turn too to make you happy or whether its the cause of what occasionally makes you sad, there is no denying that music is the one thing that brings us all together to share what is best about being a human. So here's to sharing and caring. We can all do more of both in 2017 but I want to sign off for the holidays by saying a MASSIVE THANK YOU to you all for caring about my music. Raffaele Rizzi is proud to release Secret Combination, a collection of two new tracks and a killer of a remix under the Unrilis label. Already successful and well-known at a young age, Rizzi has produced wonders both within and beyond the Neapolitan techno scene after being inspired by artists like of Gabriel Ananda and Rino Cerrone. Brothers Arnd and Daniel Reichow bring their own hard-edged spin into the mix under their name Drumcomplex, earning their moniker well as they utilize sophisticated techniques and stalwart style on their interpretation of the title track. The collection delivers welcome twists and new approaches to the genre, promising to leave a lasting impression of a talent that is only continuing to develop and grow.

Alan Fitzpatrick’s We Are The Brave label has been busy laying down foundations for the past twelve months. The run-away commercial success of their debut single “We Do What We Want” was just the start, and have since been setting the standards.

The label boss himself makes his welcome return to the label this October, with Magnetic Dog. The original comes laced with slicing hats, crispy yet superbly deep thundering kicks and a cheeky dose of acid thrown in for good measure.

Alan wrote the original back in 2016 and waited for that special remix to finalise the package. Always a supporter of Marcus Intalex and his productions, under his Trevino moniker he delivered a masterfully deep rework, taking down the tempo and achieving a euphoric cut of the original.

After taking the roof off 2 Misfit club events now, it seemed right for the Leeds based duo to showcase their slick Techno productions on the club's new record label. 
Paul Maddox & Rich Wakley's studio output as Spektre has continued to propel them to the upper echelons of the Techno world recently with releases on Drumcode, Tronic, Kraftek and Elevate, to name but a few. 
Lead track Gas Mask is a heavy duty slice of peak time Techno. Building atmospherics and precise percussion underpin the track while huge synth stabs and vocals samples build to create serious dancefloor destruction.
For remix duties, Misfit have drafted in Northern Irish Techno titans Loco & Jam. Their take retains all the peak time vibes of the original, but highlights their deeper, groovier style of Techno.
Completing the release is the dark and moody 'Decompression'. Stripped back to the bare essentials and as underground as it gets, the track is pounding and relentless in it's mission!

The new Intec release is from Frank Mitchell aka Frankie Bones who is an American based DJ and producer whose played a large role in New Yorks Techno scene. Having been involved in music since the mid 80s, Frankie Bones was one of the first DJs from New Yorks Brooklyn region to gain global success. By the late 80s Frankie Bones was getting regular European bookings following the success of his Bonesbreaks EP series, which released on Underworld Records received global recognition and critical acclaim. During his three decade spanning career Frankie Bones has even released an EP on the iconic Trax Records, which released many of the early records that defined the House and Techno genre. One of his most popular releases was his 1989 release titled Call It Techno which originally came out on Breaking Bones Records, and a firm Carl Cox favourite has now been remastered and rereleased for this special Intec package, which also features one of his new and previously unreleased tracks. Also featuring on the release are two new remix versions provided by Carlo Lio and Raito who each put their individual stamp on things. Carlo Lio is an artist who in between global DJ bookings, has released music on labels including Octopus, SCI+TEC, Turbo, Mood, and Saved Records. French artist Raito is fast rising through the ranks following regular releases Boysnoize Records, along with having also featured on Mako, Origami Sound, Main Course and BNR TRAX. "Call It Techno" has a timeless bass line taken straight from the glory days of Acid House. Filled with retro charm and warehouse party vibes, the vocal tells the story of Technos history, and the pads plus melody are rich in analogue joy. Carlo Lio's remix of "Call It Techno" uses choice snippets of the originals vocal to refine the story it into a powerful chant. This remix is fast and furious with added tension and suspense. Carlo adds his own toughened backing track thats filled with dark atmosphere plus an explosive drop after the main break. Raito's remix of has a bumping groove and stomping kick drum. Thick and chunky, it takes no prisoners with its hard hitting percussion and stabbing sounds. Jacking in every sense of the word, it's summed up nicely by the vocal lyrics "hits you in the face like a hammer! Second of the two original track is "Light It Up" which takes its title from the lyrics of the vocal sample. With spin backs and filter sweeps, the tracks forward momentum is accentuated by a series of bass drops. Lead by the building intensity of a bubbling acid line, the tracks rolling groove is a sure fire party starter. The fifth and final track is a dub mix of Light it up, which with the main vocal removed, focuses on the music only.

Burrows is back! Following last year's hit "All Your Dreams", Gary returns to Respekt with a worthy successor in "Burning". Fusing his trademark rave influences with uncompromising drums and a DnB-inspired break, Burning is pure fire.
The remix comes from Dave Sinner, who dials back the tempo and cranks up the groove for a wicked, percussive re-think.
As if those two weren't enough, Gary also provides the relentless "Reaper One" and the shuffling acid of "Can't Hold Back" to complete the package.
