Happy 2021! In the first episode of what will surely be a brighter year I’ve packed in my usual medley of funky gems. In the second hour I bring you a wonderful guest mix from Ben Connor. Ben reached out and offered to do a mix a little while back, and he hasn’t disappointed with his contribution. It’s heavy on the disco classics with some quality edits of timeless tunes, and I’m very grateful for Ben for putting this mix together for the show.

He plays tunes from across the decades, genres and BPMs, mixing up hidden gems with tried and tested favourites, with a focus on sweet, sweet Disco music brought right up to date for modern dancefloors.

As a DJ he’s taken his trademark rollercoaster genre-fluid sets to locations including Glastonbury, ADE and Westival, playing parties for Midnight Riot, Good Custard, Project Bango, Pineapple Police Horse and DiscNoTheque.
