The latest Funkier Sessionis a good one - a 96 minute beast of a mix from a UK-based DJ and producer called NTRIK. I loooove this mix - there’s loads going on but it flows really well… starting off on a lovely boogie tip but building to something chunkier with original and remixed disco, some house and varied funky vibes. A few classics and some new discoveries in there too. It’s a really nice one, and you’d do well to give it a listen to see what I mean! As always, I'm looking for more mixes, so give me a shout if you wanna get involved - all welcome!

Funkier Session #032 - NTRIK

The recording from my live set at The view Bistro down in Rhossili last summer. I did have a live violinist jam on the top of this set for the middle hour but due to some recording errors I haven't been able to add that part to this recording.

This one was slightly different - no guest and I planned to just play for an hour, but my decks froze after 50 mins so I called it a day then. Still packed in 20 tracks and was having a lovely time, need to work out why the decks gave up. 

So that’s that - enjoy, and normal service will resume in two weeks
