ØISIN (ausgesprochen [o-sheen]) beschreibt sich selbst als einen random raver, der Ende 2023 mit DJing und producen angefangen hat. Seit seiner frühen Kindheit macht er Musik, das DJing kam nach Jahren des ravens dazu. Seit Februar 2024 legte er oft auf kleinen, selbst organisierten Events (bis zu 100 Gäste) auf. 

Sein Stil beim mixen von Hardtechno besteht meist aus spacey/verträumten Vocals und Melodien, gepaart mit starken Kicks und Rolling- oder Psytrance-Bassline. Diese Spaciness/Verträumtheit ist für ihn der Schlüssel zu einer besonderen Athmosphäre auf dem Floor und diese Athmosphäre war das, was ihn bei Raves stets angezogen hat. 
Beim mixen von Industrial-Techno kreiert diese Faszination für melodische Elemente einen besonderen Sound und beinhaltet trotzdem harte, verzerrte Kicks. 

ØISIN kommt aus Dortmund.

ØISIN (pronounced [o-sheen]) Describes himself as just a random raver lad who started DJing and producing at the end of 2023. He has been making music since his early childhood, but only started DJing after years of attending various raves. He has been performing on small, self-organised events (up to 100 guests) since February of 2024. 

His style when mixing hardtechno, is characterised by spacey/dreamy vocals and melodies, combined with strong Kicks and rolling or psytrance bass-lines. To him spaciness/dreaminess, combined with hard kicks are the key to creating a unique atmosphere on the dance-floor and it was this vibe that made him become a raver in the first place. 
When mixing industrial techno, this fascination for spacey melodies creates a special vibe and sound, while still using distorted and heavy kicks. 

ØISIN is from Dortmund, Germany. 

In hopes of getting the opportunity to DJ at a proper rave, I’ll be sharing my journey here.
