After his collaborative release with NODO on our VA compilation last year, Mule (ARG) returns to Canopy Sounds with a stunning mix featuring some original work alongside some of his recent favorite tunes.

Mule is an Argentinian producer who thrives on the mellow and subtle flavors of organic house music. Frequenting collaborations with his friend NODO, his sound pallet is one of sultry summer afternoons as well as calm and cool evenings. The music revels in the simplicity of things and the beauty that exists within the smallest aspects of life. His latest productions with NODO have been released on Within Music and Mirrors Label. Stay tuned for his next releases with Loot Recordings later this month featuring a remix with fellow Canopy family member, Viktop. For now, float away with this special hour of breezy melodies.

Eva K. is originally a Russian native who grew up in Toronto, Canada. She has been musically influenced throughout her entire life, classically trained second soprano choir singer and a flute player. 

She comes from a long line of musicians grasping early music knowledge from her grandfather who was a composer and a bass player. House music influenced a large portion of her adulthood initially by Toronto’s vibrant local dj scene and later through her travels to Europe and South America. 

She just recently started dedicating time to express herself in her mixes, specifically following her passion for deeper, more refined sounds."

We are delighted to have Hungarian born, Zurich based dj, and founder of BEKOOL series, @curtiss as our narrator for this week's episode.

Curtiss have been working as a DJ and promoter since 2008 when he organised parties in Hungary. In 2010 he became a resident DJ in the Bora Bora Lounge in Dunaujvaros and he also opened two night clubs in Dunaujvaros and Siofok in 2010 and 2011.
Later in 2012 he moved to Switzerland where he played some big clubs such as Jack Club in Bern, Club Sleepless in Aarau and 696 Club in Zurich and in 2014 he was contracted as a resident DJ in the Terrasse Bar in Zurich.
His passion for electronic music lead him to create BEKOOL series, which is one of the most promising music concepts in Zurich and which is broadcasted on Radiodeep.net.
  
His words:
Music was very important to me as a child.
First of all hang up because of the love of music and for the lovers of electronic music.
For me it is very important to animate the party people to dance and to steadily increase them to bring my tracks to a boil on the dance floor.

Voldstad is a resident of the esteemed Bespoke Musik collective and curates one of the top channels on Frisky Radio with more than 200K plays in just over 18 months.

Bio: "Christian acquired his love of electronic while growing up in the UK. It wasn’t until he moved to New York, however, that he would attend his first underground party and find the sound that would capture him and inspire him to step behind the decks himself. Since then, Christian has become a staple of the underground scene, a party enthusiast, and an avid techno tourist. 
After some time as a free agent, Christian’s sophisticated taste in music earned him a residency for Bespoke Musik where he has entranced audiences with thoughtful, layered DJ sets. His music blends a focus on the low-end frequencies with a melodic, sometimes melancholic touch. The end result is just as suited to a nightclub dancefloor as a desert sunset, with enough versatility for everything in between.

Some of his notable bookings include Gazgolder and Leveldva in Moscow, Café D’ Anvers in Antwerp, Sisyphos in Berlin, Output and Cityfox in Brooklyn, Do Not Sit on the Furniture and The Electric Pickle in Miami, and Robot Heart and the 747 at Burning Man. With the upcoming creation of Bespoke Musik’s record label in 2020, expect to hear Christian’s first original productions, as well as a preview of his upcoming music project."
