It's music from the softer spectrum of electronic dance music (I hate that this term is usually used to describe a very specific genre)recorded on a rainy midweek afternoon. We are very excited to share with you @christianvoldstad's perception of Far Blue. Christian's mixes that have come straight from the Burning Man Playa, Sisyphos and many other places have intrigued us for years now, and we are proud to have him share his Far Blue concept with us. A real enthusiast of electronic music, blending a focus on the low end frequencies with a melodic, sometimes melancholic touch. This melancholic touch definitely comes out with this interpretation of Far Blue titled 'Lethe', recorded in NYC.

Round two...

My second year at Burning Man. This time, I was a bit more relaxed 
because I knew what I was getting myself into - well at least that's 
what I thought. I quickly realized that this year seemed somehow similar 
but also very different to my experience from last year - very hard to 
explain why, so I won't even start trying. I guess this is one of the 
reasons, why people keep coming back - you simply can't explain, and you 
don't have to. Everything is so overly fascinating here. This time I 
played the bus during the day, which was perfect because those daytime 
sets are my favourite. After a long rest and a healthy breakfast... just 
kidding, it was a cereal bar and a vodka orange, I left my camp to find 
the bus - I didn't right away actually, which made me a bit nervous - 
fortunately tho, I had the honour to play after Lee Burridge, which 
usually means that there are lots of people. So I just had to figure out 
where the crowd was headed and follow them, the perfect plan. It was 
boiling hot, and I got my first sunburn at burning man – oh right, plus 
I did play some music as well :). What can i say, it was simply 
fantastic - the vibe, the people. I'm really thankful for the opportunity.
