Time for a DEPECHE MODE MIX. 

Depeche Mode....The best electronic band ever? Surely, no other group/band have ever come close to sustaining the level of quality for over 30 years? In this mix I've tried to capture the live feel of a DM gig and incorporate it into an extended mix. I've covered tracks from the 1st album in 1981 right through to the most recent stuff. 
Included in this mix are rare tracks, remixes, live versions, album tracks, demo versions, a Martin Gore set, the odd single, a rare cover version and a few b-sides covering the last 30 years of the boys from Basildon, sorry Santa Barbara.

dEpEchE modE mix

There seems to be a little confusion on the distinction between 'art' and 'craft'. 
Is DJing something that almost anyone can learn to execute, relatively easily, from a technical standpoint? 
Absolutely. 
Can anyone then translate that into creating a strong emotional response among their audience, or pushing forward a culture? 
Nope. 
Some djs are tradespeople, some are craftsmen, some part-entertainer-part-jukebox and one in every two million people are artists. 
Us? We just love music.
