The lyrics are based on a true story how I got lost in a hood in a city with many stairs and walked 20K steps and gone up 40 floors. 
This happened two days after my medication doubled and I started to get disoriented. 
This is scary. You are afraid of yourself. You can't trust yourself. And this goes on and on without any improvement.
