Skinner & Hoopz deliver powerful, uplifting, and euphoric Hard Dance that ignites dancefloors across the UK and beyond. Friends since 2002, their shared passion for Hard Dance began with humble SoundLab belt-drive turntables, sparking a journey that has taken them from underground clubs to the biggest stages in the scene.

Skinner was first drawn into dance music in 1994, discovering The Prodigy, Chemical Brothers, Josh Wink, CJ Bolland, and Orbital through his sister. Immersed in rave culture, he explored Hardcore, Drum & Bass, House, and Trance before going on to promote his own legendary events, Summit and Summit Above 160, which showcased Hard Trance, Hard House, and Hardcore at venues such as Soundshaft, Hidden, The Mass, and The Lightbox.

Hoopz’s rise began in 2006, when his energetic style quickly made him a crowd favourite. After connecting with Hard Dance pioneer Kevin Energy, he was invited into the Nu Energy Collective and held a four-year residency at the iconic Freeformation events. Hoopz went on to perform nationwide, from Brighton to Liverpool, and made his mark in the studio with tracks such as Definitions, Live For The Moment (with K Complex), and the anthem Illuzionise.

Together, Skinner & Hoopz have played nearly every major Hard Dance event in the UK, including Global Gathering, Frantic, Polysexual, Heat, Hard South and more, earning a reputation for high-energy performances and euphoric storytelling behind the decks. Their productions have continued that legacy, with standout releases like Whatever and Try, alongside remixes of Malice in Wonderland and Push’s classic Strange World, which shook Frantic’s 26th Birthday. Their productions are continuing that legacy with Try and Whatever released on Emanating Records, alongside remixes of Malice in Wonderland and Push’s classic Strange World, which shook Frantic’s 26th Birthday.  They are really burning it up in the studio. They also have 2 forthcoming releases to note their remix of Yellow Six – Forest Fire on Positive State, and the release of Touch Me on Tidy Two.

2025 has already been a standout year, with the duo rocking stages across the country smashing Weekend in the Woods, and being announced as residents for Hard Hush in Brighton. They are supported by scene legends including Rob Tissera, Kevin Energy, Lisa Pin Up, and the Tidy Boys.

Over the past 25 years i have been making electronic music and have had some success industry under different alias (OD404, Satelite Kids, Superfast Oz) Djing and playing Live internationally, over 140 published recordings (on vinyl)  and at our peak was officially commissioned to remix DJ Misjah and Tim“Access” and Mauro Picotto - Pulsar and a whole lot of others. Also the founder of the first online vinyl record store BangingtingTunes.com.(2000) as well as founder and manager of Kaktai Records(1997) 

Anyhow - 5 years ago  i went solo and back to my first love Techno, i now feel finally that i’ve found my own new sound under my own name “Oz Healey“.

Hard House enthusiasts will already know the mighty JP & Jukesy; their impressive worldwide fan-base lap-up precision-delivered jaw-dropping sets. Perhaps what makes the duo so popular and so successful is that they are natural born clubbers. A chance meeting through a mutual friend some seven years ago whilst out clubbing at Sundissential North is where it all began. Almost immediately the pair recognised that they had complimentary musical interests; both considered (and still consider) Andy Farley as being inspirational in their clubbing lives; both had taken a keen interest in DJing and both enjoyed their hobby as bedroom DJs. JP and Jukesy hit it off instantly. Regular appearances at some of the UK’s and overseas dance events quickly became the norm; home territory based from legendary gigs at Tidy Weekenders, Atomik Weekenders, Frantic, Polysexual, Slinky to international dates from Norway to Australia and everywhere in-between. Their addictive energy and obsession for their work is amplified where-ever they play; brilliantly delivered chunky warm-up sets, or hands in the air euphoric peak-time performances through to high-placed no holes-barred full on closing slots, JP & Jukesy’s versatility ensures that they compliment any line-up; they are consistent in delivering crowd pleasing expertly mixed well considered play lists. But DJing is just part of the JP & Jukesy story. Despite a packed diary, the lads have an impressive back-catalogue of production credits. Following their first successful releases on Passion Records (How I feel and H-Bomb both supported by DJs such as Eddie Halliwell and Amber D) they decided to launch their own labels Deprivation, Deprived of Funk & Deprivation LTD. Releasing via their own label and through big name commissioned work, they are also regularly asked to remix other producers tracks; listen our for the JP & Jukesy mix of BK’s Rave Monkey which is tearing up dance-floors across the UK and globally at the moment! 2009 has seen the duo notch up another major milestone; they’ve been signed to the scene-leaders Chic Management and join the likes of Tidy Boys, Rob Tissera and Sash on the star studded top flight roster. Where do JP & Jukesy go from here? Who knows; their meteoric rise has hard-dance hero’s continues to see the duo pick up huge swathes of fans; from the tens of thousands of clubbers they play to every year, to the promoters who know JP & Jukesy’s inclusion on a line-up is sure to be a winning contribution to the success of an event, there is one thing that is certain – JP & Jukesy are a formidable force in hard-dance that will be around for a very long time.

Ian Betts is one of dance music’s most consistent DJ/Producers, whose love of the more driving, uplifting sound of trance music has remained undimmed despite its changing popularity. Ian’s formative years as a DJ who knew exactly how to rock a dancefloor lead to him playing at the biggest events in the clubbing calendar including Cream @ Amnesia in Ibiza, the South West Four festival in London, Dance Valley in Holland and The Gallery @ Brixton Academy / Turnmills / Ministry of Sound.
