well... I was improvising on the piano with a few chords and I decided to use my mic to record it (because I ain't got a MIDI cable yet). I was originally going to add lyrics, but i became distracted by all the cool effects in garageband. (oops)
this was the result and i actually really like the edited sound of the piano alone.

I kept the elements (water, fire, earth, and air) in mind as I played.


(you don't need to read the rest of this if you're not a fellow homestuck)

the beta kids correspond as such with the elements=>
dave=fire  john=air  jade=earth  rose=water
it wasn't intended to be a Homestuck fan song, but if you're a Homestuck fan you might imagine John flying about in god tier, Rose reaching the land of light and rain, Dave time traveling (or alternate timeline dave coming back as davesprite to save Egbert), Jadesprite combining with Jade, Prospit/ looking into the clouds of prospit, Skaia, etc. 
basically, i just thought the sound was homestuck-y enough to be recognized as a homestuck fan song.
(especially considering there are no words to verbally define it)
