Throwing Words are a Indie/Pop band from Hull who've been together since July 2011. Taking influences from such bands/Artists as Frank Turner and Mumford & Sons etc. Since forming Throwing Words have been actively gigging around the Humber region and have performed at numerous festivals including Brecon Fringe & Cottingham Springboard. In September 2012 Throwing Words were featured on BBC Humberside introducing performing a session live on air.
